Il Fu Shou Shan è un oolong proveniente da una delle piantagioni di tè più alte del mondo, oltre 2000 metri! 🏔🌱
Grazie all’altitudine elevata, il suo raccolto inizia più tardi rispetto ad altri oolong. L’ esposizione al forte sole mattutino☀, seguito dal freddo e nebbioso pomeriggio 🌫, permette al tè di acquisire sapori veramente intensi e delicati, che esprimono con sentori floreali durante la degustazione 🍵 .
Dopo le infusioni, le foglie si aprono ampie e intatte, testimonianza del fatto che sono raccolte e arrotolate a mano 👐🏻🍃 .
Si nota anche il rametto, presente nella tipica lavorazione dei tè taiwanesi 🇹🇼 .

Fu Shou Shan is an oolong from one of the highest tea plantation of the world, over 2000 mt. Thanks to the high altitude, it begins harvesting later than other oolongs. The exposure to the strong morning sun, followed by the cold and foggy afternoon, allows the tea to acquire truly intense and delicate flavors, which express with floral scents during the tasting. After the infusions, the leaves open wide and intact, testifyng that they are harvested and hand-rolled with care. You can also notice the twig, present in the typical production of Taiwanese tea.
